CICC releases list of gov’t agencies that received bomb threat
MANILA, Philippines — The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) on Tuesday identified 28 government agencies that received bomb threats allegedly from a supposed Japanese citizen named Takahiro Karasawa.
The government agencies are as follows:

- Office of the Vice President (Mandaluyong City)
- Fortune Elementary School and Fortune High School
- Bureau of Plants Industry
- COMELEC Office at Palacio del Governador Intramuros Manila
- National Historical Commission of the Philippines (Ermita, Manila City
- MIRDC DOST (Taguig City)
- NAMRIA Office (Taguig City)
- DTI, DOT, DBP, and PDIC (Makati City)
- San Agustin Elementary School, Moonwalk High School, and Moonwalk Elementary School
- DENR, EMB Building (Quezon City)
- Vertis North, Ayala Mall (Quezon City)
- DENR Office, 1st to 4th Floor (Quezon City)
- DENR NCR
- Department of Information Technology
- Department of Agriculture (Quezon City)

On February 13, 2024, the CICC held a press briefing after meeting with the Inter-Agency Conference regarding the bomb threats. Executive Director Alexander K. Ramos confirmed that the Philippines is working with the Japanese government to investigate this incident.
