MANILA, Philippines-They are the masked men that are riding-in-tandem  that strike fast and escape quick, they are the crooks that are the current headache of police forces in the country.

Just recently, the outspoken Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada proposed that his city bans people to ride in tandem on a motorcycle to prevent theft and even murder.

In an unoffical poll by INQUIRER.net, a majority of Netizens, 74.21 percent, support the ban on riding-in-tandem on motorcycles to curb criminal activities.

Only a measly 25.79 percent do not see the campaign as a helpful tool to prevent crime.
