MANILA, Philippines—As has been the common practice in the age of social media, netizens took to Twitter to react on the speech of Senator Ramon Revilla.

Revilla is one of the three senators who have been charged with plunder before the Sandiganbayan for allegedly benefiting from the P10-billion pork barrel scam.
