Hassle-free online shopping
MANILA, Philippines—By now, you’d think that there are already many ways of buying stuff online and having them delivered from the US to the Philippines, aside from the usual “tito-tita-pasabay-sa-balikbayan-box” method. It’s the age of globalization and the Internet after all, right? Turns out we have a few choices, and they’re not cheap. There’s your traditional Post Office, and then the hassle of contacting or going directly to a cargo shipping company. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you can do all these in the palm of your hands?
For one, Globe Telecom has a mobile-powered payment technology called the GCash American Express® Virtual Pay and it is considered the first of its kind in the Philippines.
