WASHINGTON — Officials in a west Georgia city say “Pokemon Go” players are no longer allowed in its cemeteries.

The Newnan Times-Herald (https://bit.ly/2aePqAR ) reports the Newnan City Council passed an ordinance Tuesday that prohibits people from playing internet or cellphone games at the city’s three cemeteries.

Newnan City Manager Cleatus Phillips says the city has received multiple complaints about people damaging a fence, blocking roadways and running on and across gravesites.
