Snapchat copies Instagram interface on April Fools’ Day

Snapchat has probably done one of the most audacious April Fools’ Day pranks in the long history of pranks when they took a pot shot at Instagram.

A filter was added to Snapchat for April Fools’ Day that looks exactly like the Instagram interface, except with “Snapchat” written at the top, reports TechCrunch.

This was probably brought on by the fact that last year in August, Instagram had copied Snapchat’s Stories feature. Even the naming sense was retained and was simply called “Instagram Stories.”
