Aquino’s SONA trending worldwide on Twitter

MANILA, Philippines—President Benigno Aquino’s State of the Nation Address was among Twitter’s global trending topics.

#sona2011 was second most trending topics worldwide on the microblogging site as Aquino spoke before a joint session of Congress Monday.

As of this posting, SONA was eight and Pnoy (the President’s moniker) was 10th.
