‘Forza Horizon 4’ could be UK-bound
The discovery of 15 British cars hidden within “Forza Motorsport 7” update files could imply that the next “Forza Horizon” game will be set in the United Kingdom, according to GTPlanet’s report.
Small thumbnail images for eight vehicles return from previous games in the “Forza Motorsport” series, but the images appear to have been made specifically for “Forza Motorsport 7”, or perhaps as part of preparations for a “Forza Horizon 4”.

Following a pattern that began with 2012’s “Forza Horizon” and as Microsoft Studios’ Turn 10 team released “Forza Motorsport 7” in October 2017, British counterpart Playground Games is expected to have “Forza Horizon 4” ready for late 2018.
The fact that these files have been found within a “Forza Motorsport 7” update is comparable to a similar introduction of Australian vehicles to the “Forza Motorsport 6” audience before Australia-set “Forza Horizon 3” was revealed, as dataminer TheAdmeister told the ResetEra forum.

At the start of 2018, there were rumors that “Forza Horizon 4” would be set in Japan after Xbox’s marketing head, Aaron Greenberg, used a Twitter header image containing apparent “Forza Horizon 4” cover art with Japanese logo text, but that particular artwork was later identified as a fan-made cover.
