Smart: ‘On-going systems issue’ causing data services glitch to subscribers
MANILA, Philippines — Smart Communications Inc. on Saturday said “an on-going systems issue” is affecting data services for some of its users.

“You may experience degradation or loss of data services due to an on-going systems issue,” Smart said in a statement posted on Twitter.
Article continues after this advertisementSmart also said the systems problem is also affecting Sun and TNT subscribers.
The telecommunications company, however, said it is working to normalize its data services to affected customers.
“We are working on normalizing data services to affected customers as soon as possible and we will provide regular updates as efforts progress,” Smart said.
