Globe network closes 2021 with substantial improvements across all Ookla metrics
Globe continues to improve its network performance because of its aggressive upgrades of its network capabilities. The Globe mobile network posted consistent quarterly improvements on average download and upload speeds, consistency score, and speed score.
According to Ookla®’s Q4 2021 data, Globe registered a 51% improvement on download speeds and 24% on upload speeds, versus its Q1 2021 performance.
Article continues after this advertisementGlobe’s consistency score has also steadily grown, demonstrating significant improvements from 70.59 in Q1 2021 to 78.82 in Q4 2021, at par with global benchmarks.
On Speed Score™, Globe had a significant boost from 12.27 in Q1 2021 to 18.51 in Q4 2021. Globe successfully exhibits consistent improvements on both consistency and Speed Scores™ quarter-on-quarter.
