“The programming offers a range of options for people of all fitness levels, including strength training, yoga, and high-intensity training,” it added.

The first batch of classes will launch on December 30, 2022, with the following series:

  1. Kickstart Fitness with the Basics (13 episodes)
  2. Two Weeks to a Stronger Core (7 episodes)
  3. Fall in Love with Vinyasa Yoga (6 episodes)
  4. HIIT & Strength with Tara (14 episodes)
  5. Feel-Good Fitness (6 episodes)

As the name suggests, “Kickstart Fitness with the Basics” is the ideal option for beginners. Also, “Two Weeks to a Stronger Core” would involve core training for toning abs.

“Fall in Love with Vinsaya Yoga” would likely teach viewers how to perform this ancient relaxation technique.

It may involve breathing exercises and mindfulness sessions that could help boost your physical and mental health.

Like its namesake, “HIIT & Strength with Tara” would probably cover high-intensity interval training and strength workouts.

The former involves performing short bursts of intense exercise for a specific period. Meanwhile, the latter would likely involve using weights like dumbbells or kettlebells.

Lastly, “Feel-Good Fitness” does not indicate the likely exercises in its episodes. You would have to watch it on December 30 to find out!

Conclusion

Netflix announced Nike Training Club courses for its year-end content. It may have timed the release for the period when people make New Year’s resolutions.

Most people promise to begin years by incorporating healthy habits like working out. As a result, they would likely be glad to see Netflix helping them with a set of fitness courses.
