Apple Event 2022 Offered Sneak Peek To New iPhone And More

CEO Tim Cook hosted the latest Apple Event on September 8, 2022. It played live on YouTube and featured the upcoming Apple products. Cook started by discussing the seamless integration between Apple Products.

Then, Cook proceeded to talk about the Apple Watch. The scene transitioned to a montage of testimonials regarding the Apple Watch.

Apple Watch Series 8

This is the Series 8.

The segment explained several new features, such as an always-on screen and visual themes. The Apple Watch Series 8 also has temperature sensors near your screen and under the display.

It takes samples every five seconds to deliver accuracy by 0.1 degrees. Also, it provides ovulation estimates and monitors cycle deviations to help female users with family planning

The ovulation cycle tracker ensures end-to-end data encryption to prevent Apple from checking user health information. Moreover, Series 8 will have Crash Detection.

The feature will send an SOS to emergency services and specific contacts if you get into a car accident. Also, the Apple Watch Series 8 will have an 18-hour battery life.

You could extend it by 36 hours with the Low Power Mode, but it disables features like the always-on display. The latter shows the time, date, and notifications, even if you do not turn on the screen.

The upcoming Apple Watch will have GPS and cellular models. The latter will support international roaming for 30 carriers worldwide. Moreover, you may add the Apple Watch to your iPhone plan for little to no cost. Here are the other features:

It automatically optimizes your sprint workout and detects the start of your marathon. Also, the Wayfinder watch face has a compass and dial. Nightmode turns the UI red if you twist it.

The 2nd-gen AirPods Pro uses the H2 chip to offer Personal Spatial Audio. It lets you feel like your favorite band is playing around you by adjusting to your ear shape.

It offers two times more noise cancellation than previous models. Moreover, the new AirPods Pro has an Adaptive Transparency mode, which reduces ambient noise like construction sounds.

The Apple Event 2022 video showed so many features of the iPhone 14. The eSIM is one of the most notable features, allowing users to register their cellular network digitally.

As a result, the iPhone 14 does not need a physical SIM. That is why all US models will not have a physical SIM tray. Moreover, its Emergency SOS lets you send alerts even in areas not covered by cell service.

It will feature quick tap options that let users request help as soon as possible. The Find My feature of the iPhone 14 will also work without cell service.

The Apple Event 2022 video capped off with the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max. It focused on professional photography features like the Apple ProRAW and Action Mode. 

The former allows photographers to take images at 48MP. Meanwhile, the latter enables them to shoot videos steadily, as if using a gimbal stabilizer.

Their rear has a 48MP main camera, 12MP sensor with Telephoto, and 12MP Ultra-Wide Camera. Also, it has a new notification feature called Dynamic Island.
