OVS to demo online service delivery platform in executive session
SAN FRANCISCO—OneVirtualSource(OVS), in collaboration with the Philippines Trade and Investment Center-Silicon Valley (PTIC-SV), will hold an executive session on best practices for companies looking at outsourcing as a way to drive business growth.
“Think Global to Grow Your Business—Best Practices in Outsourcing” will be held on Feb. 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the Philippine Center Gallery, Ground Floor.
OVS and its partners’ (BlastAsia and Mundomo) executive presentation and networking reception will provide a live demo of their site, an online marketplace that helps to match prospective businesses with project needs with Philippine-based companies that can support this work.
While more companies see the Philippines as cost-effective, cost is not the only consideration when looking for an outsourcing partner. Ensuring quality of work and finding the right vendor to fit with the team’s culture and business strategy are also challenges.
Philippine business capabilities include job posting/bidding, project management, document management and payment functions that are conducted in a simple, efficient and secure manner.
