Beautiful Data

MANILA, Philippines–Everything is about presentation. The brain processes visual information 60,000 times faster than text because 40% of nerve fibers in the brain are connected to the retinas. Imagine having to read pages and pages of plain text – wouldn’t it be a lot easier to comprehend valuable details from one infographic?

The Certified Digital Marketer Program, a professional certification course developed by the International Institute of Digital Marketing worked alongside the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP) to bring Beautiful Data to life, a one-day workshop focused on teaching how to create and organize data presentation for easier comprehension.

Introduction to data visualization, the process behind it, how it affects your business and how to use inforgraphics to present vital data are among the topics to be discussed by prominent strategy speakers such as Peach Natividad of McCann World Group, Marvin Sandoval of Publicis Manila, Reina Reyes of the Ateneo De Manila University and The Manila Observatory and lastly, Roby Alampay of Business World and Interkasyon.com

Welcoming analysts, marketers, digital creatives, web developers and strategists, by the end of the workshop, participants will be able to present graphic data that’s clear, aesthetically pleasing and consistent with the given data set.

Beautiful Data will be on June 7, 2014 from  8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Asian Institute of Management, Paseo De Roxas, Makati City.
