Video of Taylor Swift personally sending gifts to fans go viral

MANILA, Philippines – Not all may like Taylor Swift’s music but many netizens admire her down-to-earth image, especially after her latest video was released on Youtube.

The six-minute video, released on Wednesday, shows the singer—with her cat Meredith–wrapping Christmas gifts for her fans.

Videos of her excited fans unboxing the presents were included. Some wept as they read personal notes written to them by Swift.

The singer, who observed her fans on social media to get ideas on what gift to buy, wrote about reading their posts and what she thought about them.

Swift’s song “You are in love,” released in the latter part of 2014, played in the background.

One lucky fan got a surprise visit from Swift herself. The singer said she had met the girl before but had yet to see her son. The video ended with Swift kissing the little boy.

“I would have never expected this and you surprised us so much,” one girl said.

Another said, “I can’t stop smiling, I can’t stop thinking about it. This means so much to me.”

As of Friday morning, the video has had over three million views.
