A PHOTO of a dog that was allegedly gunned down by a former policeman went viral on social media and left netizens fuming.

A certain Elaine Fermin posted in her Facebook that her 9-year-old dog was allegedly shot dead by an ex-cop “without any reason.”

Netizens sympathized with Fermin, saying that the act was inhumane.
