A bunch of bold American skateboarders learned a “stinging” lesson when one of their buddies hopped on a rare custom-made glass skateboard.

Members of the trendy YouTube channel Braille Skateboarding audaciously filmed themselves trying out the skateboard in one of their videos for their “You Make It, We Skate It” online series.

As shown in the 13-minute show, the team gathered near an open skating area where one of their buddies started gliding with the prototype. While he was on his routine, he heard the deck’s back part snap off. Explicitly, he trips and the skateboard turned into glass shards.

“I literally was not expecting that at all, and I think that’s why I fell so hard,” the skater, who was not injured during the incident, narrated to his friends.

The YouTube clip garnered 1,663,000 since its uploading on Saturday, making it one of the site’s most trending videos on Sunday, Huffington Post reported. Other videos of Braille Skateboarding feature their team members skating with a flat-screen TV and iPad. Gianna Francesca Catolico
