D.Va to become new StarCraft II announcer
Star Craft II is one of the top competitive games in the e-sports arena and Blizzard’s Overwatch has one of the best players of the game. A recent announcement has named gamer girl D.Va to be the next announcer for Star Craft II.
Pegged as the top StarCraft II player in the world of Overwatch, having D.Va announce for StarCraft in our world is a bit of a no-brainer. Gamespot reports that the announcer pack plus a special D.Va portrait will be available to BlixCon attendees or those who purchase a virtual ticket. The portrait will initially be an exclusive but will eventually be sold “at a later date,” reports Gamespot.
For those who cannot attend BlizzCon, D.Va will be available with the 3.7 update due in a few weeks. Blizzard has put up some audio samples on its site for users to test out. Alfred Bayle
