One naughty beaver from St. Mary’s County in Maryland, USA, will definitely be excluded from Santa Claus’ “nice” list.
The furry animal was taken to custody after trespassing at a holiday decoration store, browsing at artificial Christmas trees and, afterward, “trashing” them. The rodent also tossed some items on the floor while searching for “something” for the holiday season.
Article continues after this advertisementIn two posts on Twitter on Thursday, St. Mary’s Sheriff shared photos of the menacing suspect, which reportedly “fled the store” to evade the hands of Animal Control authorities, Washington Post reported.
“All joking aside, the beaver was safely rescued by animal control and released to wildlife rehabilitation,” authorities tweeted.
