Nintendo Switch pre-order to be available soon, for a ‘limited’ few

Gamers eagerly awaiting the Nintendo Switch may soon be able to place pre-orders for the console. However, only a limited number can be accommodated.

The information came from a tweet posted on the official Nintendo NYC Twitter account, mentioning that limited pre-orders will be available as early as this Friday, reports TechRadar.

It appears that the announcement is still an isolated event and there are no indicators yet that other locations will follow suit.

With the current hype that the Switch has generated, the term “limited quantity” can be a little disheartening and problematic for consumers. Hopefully, Nintendo will move out of the trend of under-producing their stock in favor of drumming up scarcity. Alfred Bayle
