It looks like Google is leaving no four-legged friends behind.

In a blog post, the tech giant said its Photos app now has the ability to recognize faces of pets using the same artificial intelligence that it uses to recognize humans.

The photos can be grouped according to the pet’s photos alone or alongside its owner, which makes it easier to appear on the search results. It can even label the photos by the pet’s name.

The app can also distinguish by typing in an emoji of either a dog or a cat. It likewise has the capability to identify what breed a canine or feline is. Lastly, it can create a digital photo book of the pet’s special moments.
