Square Enix recently celebrated the 2nd anniversary of its arcade game “Dissidia: Final Fantasy”. During the celebration’s live stream, the game development company revealed footage of Noctis’ fight moves for the PlayStation 4 (PS4) version of the game.
Noctis’ inclusion into the “Dissidia” fighter line-up had been announced sometime in September. Based on the new footage, it appears that Noctis will have access to most of his sword arsenal from “Final Fantasy XV”. He also retains his teleportation ability.
Apart from being able to play as Noctis, Japanese gamers will have the opportunity to exchange data between their account in arcade machines and the PS4 version of the game. This includes unlockable content and achievements.
The “Dissidia” game franchise incorporates heroes from the various “Final Fantasy” games that Square Enix has produced. Gamers are then able to select these characters and fight fellow gamers in a one-on-one battle.
“Dissidia: Final Fantasy NT” for consoles will launch worldwide on Jan. 30, 2018. Meanwhile, closed beta run has been set up for the English version.
