MCLE now available online, says Supreme Court

Lawyers can now take their mandatory legal education classes online.

The Supreme Court said its rules for the conduct of the mandatory continuing legal education (MCLE) online took effect on Wednesday.

Taking the lessons online will especially help lawyers in far-flung areas where MCLE activities are few and far between, as well as elderly lawyers, those with disability and those based abroad who wish to update their MCLE compliance. —Dona Z. Pazzibugan
