Chinese flag ‘flown’, anthem played on Philippine college website

MANILA, Philippines—The website of a Catholic college institution in the Philippines is the latest victim of attacks by hackers claiming to be Chinese citizens.

The defaced homepage of Colegio San Agustin website bore the following message:
