MS knows the shifting tech landscape and sees AI as the next global standard. Thus, it wants to incorporate ChatGPT into its services.

For example, Microsoft announced plans to use ChatGPT’s image-generation software in its Bing search engine.

According to the news website The Information, Microsoft’s long-term goal is to take on market leader Google Search.

The Microsoft-ChatGPT investment would also improve Microsoft Office apps. For example, ChatGPT could help users write with fewer errors by suggesting alternative words and phrases.
