Smart opens pre-orders for Samsung Galaxy S26 series
Smart Communications, Inc. has started accepting pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S26 series, including the Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra, across its Postpaid, Infinity, and selected Prepaid bundles.
The new flagship lineup introduces upgraded AI-powered features aimed at improving productivity and content creation, including enhanced photo editing, intelligent search, real-time assistance, call screening, and multitasking tools.
The Galaxy S26 and S26+ are available in 256GB and 512GB variants, while the S26 Ultra comes in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB options. The devices are offered in Cobalt Violet, White, Black, and Sky Blue.
Postpaid offers and pricing
Smart Postpaid subscribers can avail of the Galaxy S26 series starting under Plans+ 999, which includes 20GB of monthly data, unlimited all-network calls and texts, and 12 months of unlimited 5G access.
Customers who pre-order under Plan+ 999 will receive double storage — 512GB for the price of 256GB, and 1TB for the price of 512GB for the Ultra variant.
The Galaxy S26 (512GB) is priced at P52,500 via straight payment or P2,433 per month for 24 months at 0% interest. The Galaxy S26+ (512GB) is available for P64,900 or P3,008 per month on installment. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S26 Ultra (512GB) is priced at P73,200 or P3,388 monthly, while the 1TB model costs P94,800 or P4,392 per month on installment.
Smart said it will also introduce a device trade-in program and financing options through Samsung Finance+ and partner banks.
Infinity plans
Smart Infinity members can get the Galaxy S26 series under Plans 3500, 5000, and 8000, which come with unlimited data and additional roaming and subscription benefits. Infinity subscribers also receive dedicated customer support and premium perks.
Network performance
Smart said the Galaxy S26’s AI features can benefit from its network performance, citing Ookla Speedtest Intelligence data for Q1–Q2 2025, where it recorded a median latency of 45.89 milliseconds across all technologies. Lower latency translates to faster AI responses, smoother video calls, and improved streaming and gaming performance.
