Video of motorist escaping from cops goes viral

Kung sinu man nakakakilala sa driver na to. Nakabangga po yan ng taxi sa the fort naghabulan sila hanggang sa naabutan sa poblacion makati ngaun humingi ng responde sa police. Tingnan nyo po sa video ang ginawa sa tao na to kinaladkad nya ung police at tumakas. Ayaw bumaba ng sasakyan. Pasikatin nyo na yan.

A VIDEO of a motorist who escaped from policemen who apprehended him after hitting another vehicle in Taguig City is making rounds online.

Netizen Omet Ordnas uploaded on Facebook on Monday the video which showed a fair-skinned man onboard his black pick up speeding away from policemen in Barangay (village) Poblacion.

In his post, Ordnas said the man escaped from the authorities after his pick up hit a taxi at The Fort in Taguig City.

From Taguig, Ordnas said the policemen chased the man until they reached a street in Poblacion.

The video showed Makati City policemen calmly asking the motorist to get off his car to discuss his violation.

When the policeman asked him to open the car door, the man refused and told the cop: “Bangga lang ‘yun eh…Isasarado ko bintana.”

The cop then said: “Sir, nakikiusap po kami.” But the motorist, apparently taunting the lawman, repeatedly blew the car’s horn and revved his engine while the policeman was speaking to him.

As the man refused to talk with the authorities, the cop was heard saying: “Minumura mo na ako.”

This prompted the police officer to force open the pick up’s door but the man sped away, dragging the cop for several meters.

As of posting, the video has been viewed over 400,000 times and shared more than 3,000 times on Facebook.

INQUIRER.net tried to reach the comment of the Makati City police but it has yet to respond.
