Yeezy among in-game shoes featured in NBA 2K17
It’s hard to get our hands on a pair of the highly coveted Yeezy shoes in real life, but 2K Sports’ upcoming release of video game NBA 2K17 will offer users the chance to rock the Adidas silhouettes as an on-court footwear option.
The news was broken by 2K insider Ronnie Singh in the season finale of NBA 2KTV, alongside tidbits that players would be able to play games in an underwater arena.
Los Angeles Laker swingman Nick Young and former NBA player Nate Robinson were the first to rock the Kanye-inspired kicks on the hardwood, although they are not intended to be used for basketball-related activities.

Meanwhile, the highly touted sneaker, a collaborative project between sporting giant Adidas and hip-hop superstar Kanye West, has been sought after by sneaker heads due for its rarity and hefty price.
It remains unclear as to which Yeezy models and colorways will be offered digitally.
The Yeezy’s debut on 2K17 is expected to drop on or around Sept. 20. Khristian Ibarrola
