The new MS tool will become a part of every Microsoft 365 app you use daily: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and others.

Microsoft 365 Copilot adds the power of generative AI to your online workspace. For example, it would enable MS Word to write, edit, and summarize your text.
Meanwhile, Copilot in PowerPoint lets you turn ideas into a designed presentation. For instance, ask for a slideshow regarding AI assistants, and it will create corresponding slides.
It adds text descriptions and creates custom-made designs based on your topic. Also, Excel with Copilot can analyze data, identify trends, and create data visualizations in minutes.
Microsoft 365 Copilot manages your Outlook inbox so that you spend more time communicating with clients and coworkers.
The AI tool enhances meetings by providing “real-time summaries and action items” in the context of conversations.
For example, let us say your company had an important meeting, but you were too busy to attend. Copilot lets you jump to the important parts and read the gist of each discussion.
As a result, you can quickly get up to speed and return to work. Also, Microsoft 365 Copilot compiles data from various documents, notes, contacts, emails, and appointments.
