Microsoft 365 Copilot enabled access for a select group of customers to show what the new AI office assistant can do. Soon, you’d be able to use it too!
The Copilot writes content based on a few prompts to facilitate your work. For example, ask for suggestions for your next meeting on Word, and Copilot would list a few ideas.
The new MS tool will become a part of every Microsoft 365 app you use daily: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and others.

Microsoft 365 Copilot adds the power of generative AI to your online workspace. For example, it would enable MS Word to write, edit, and summarize your text.
Meanwhile, Copilot in PowerPoint lets you turn ideas into a designed presentation. For instance, ask for a slideshow regarding AI assistants, and it will create corresponding slides.

Microsoft 365 Copilot manages your Outlook inbox so that you spend more time communicating with clients and coworkers.

For example, let us say your company had an important meeting, but you were too busy to attend. Copilot lets you jump to the important parts and read the gist of each discussion.
As a result, you can quickly get up to speed and return to work. Also, Microsoft 365 Copilot compiles data from various documents, notes, contacts, emails, and appointments.
Consequently, you can summarize chats, find key dates, compose emails, or write plans based on numerous project files immediately.
For example, you can ask Microsoft Copilot to create an email summary of your previous meeting.
It would use related data from other MS apps to compose your message. Then, it may take data from your inbox and Teams to send your email to the right people.
Lastly, the Copilot enables two new business apps from Microsoft: Power Apps and Power Virtual Agents.
The former lets your IT team write code easily for business apps powered by Microsoft AI. Meanwhile, Virtual Agents are online chatbots improved with artificial intelligence.
