MANILA, Philippines – After complaining about actor Xian Lim and his alleged refusal to promote Albay, Governor Joey Salceda has embarked on an online campaign to drum up support for the province.
On Friday evening, the governor started posting photos of netizens with photos taken in Albay. He tagged the posts with the hashtag #iamheretopromoteAlbay.
