Social media nails funniest remarks on VP Debates

07:13 PM April 11, 2016

Again, social media nailed the funniest remarks on the Vice-Presidential Debate held at the University of Santo Tomas (UST) on Sunday, April 10.

Some users jubilantly talked about Sen. Bongbong Marcos and Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano’s ‘love-triangle’ over who is Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte’s ‘true love’ and running mate.

Some other users poked at Sen. Francis ‘Chiz’ Escudero’s ‘robotic’ voice and monotone speech during the debate. In fact, many campaigned for Escudero’s voice to be the next ‘Siri’ of the popular traffic app Waze.

One user pictured how Senator and Presidential aspirant Miriam Defensor-Santiago would have reacted if she watched how Escudero articulated his oral arguments.

Another one made fun of Cayetano’s reaction during the ‘Yes or No’ segment:

Lastly, one user hilariously tweeted about how Escudero must have responded on CNN anchor Kristie Lu-Stout’s question.
