Android ‘Nutella’? Google exec’s tweets may have bared name
Has Senior Vice President for Android at Google Hiroshi Lockheimer ‘sealed’ tech gossips of Android N’s newest name?
Citing reports from The Verge and International Business Times, Locksheimer disseminated a series of tweets which made tech-savvy users speculate that Android N will be named “Nutella”, in reference to the popular Italian hazelnut spread.
One tweet showed a screen grab of a Google search of “Nutella” in his Chrome browser, while another tweet flashed a menu list of sweet delicacies, wherein Nutella was included.
