Nostalgia is quite something. Despite all the advanced smartphones and modern 3D games, people still go back to older games as well as older gaming consoles. Image: Retro-Bit
Another classic gaming machine has been revived, and this time, it’s a handheld classic. Say hello to the newly revived Game Boy.
Made by Retro-Bit, this Game Boy revival has been dubbed the Super Retro Boy, reports Gizmodo.
The Super Retro Boy retains the classic look and portability of the original Game Boy. Equipped with a scratch and shatter-resistant TFT HD display and a 2,500mAh battery, it is estimated to offer up ten hours of game time. Best of all, it costs only $80.
For Game Boy Advance games that rely on trigger buttons, Retro-Bit included two additional buttons beside the A and B to compensate.
Having just been unveiled at CES 2017, there is now word yet with regards to its mass availability. Alfred Bayle
