According to statements from Sega and Hooters Japan, a special Sonic-themed item will also be added to the menu: a chili-dog meal, which also happens to be Sonic’s favorite food. It will cost 1,180 yen or around P530. It comes with fries and a drink.

The campaign will include the branches located in Tokyo, Ginza and Shinjuku. It will last until December 10.

“Sonic Forces” has been scheduled for a Nov. 9 release in Japan. The game’s worldwide debut will be two days earlier, on Nov. 7. The game’s title commemorates the 25th anniversary of the “Sonic” gaming series, which started in the original 1991 game for the Sega Genesis console.

The game will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. JB
