Find Waldo in April Fool’s Day mini-game by Google Maps
Here’s a fun way of enjoying Easter and April Fool’s Day in one go: instead of hunting for eggs, look for Waldo all over the world through a mini-game on Google Maps.
The mini-game will be available to play for an entire week on Android, iOS and desktop. Users can also look for Waldo’s traveling companions Wenda, Woof, Wizard Whitebeard and Odlaw.

From there, a pop-up message will appear where users need to just press play to proceed.
Each challenge starts with a random location in the world indicated by a Waldo icon. Tapping on the icon opens up a zoomed-in perspective of a “Where’s Waldo” photo. Waldo hunters can zoom out, zoom in and pan across the photo to find the elusive red and white stripes, as well as his friends.

Android users can also ask Google Assistant, “Hey, where’s Waldo?” The virtual assistant will then advice users to check out Google Maps and make sure they have it updated to the latest version.
Aside from the satisfaction of finding Waldo and the gang, users can also earn badges as rewards for their efforts.
When you do find Waldo, you can share it on Twitter and Instagram with the hashtag #WaldoMaps. With that, you can find out who among your friends is the best Waldo hunter. JB
