Filipinas among world’s top 20 visitors of Pornhub
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines is the only Southeast Asian country included in the top 20 list of female visitors to the world’s biggest porn site, Pornhub.
Based on the data compiled by the site’s research and analysis team, Pornhub Insights, 71 percent of female traffic worldwide comes from 20 countries, which included the Philippines.
Pornhub said it took a “closer look at what’s Pornhub’s female visitors like to watch” as nations celebrate International Women’s Day.
“Women’s Day is about bringing women together, but this year the Insights team has decided to showcase how female porn viewership differs all around the world,” a report by Pornhub Insights last March 8 said.
Pornhub Insights said Filipino women are 233 percent more likely to search for the Romantic category, 204 percent for the Behind the Scenes category, and 160 percent for the Verified Couples category.
Apart from the Philippines, other countries in Pornhub’s top 20 list of female visitors were India, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Poland, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Sweden, Argentina, Russia, and South Africa. /kga
