MANILA, Philippines—Is Dionisia Pacquiao Kris Aquino’s older version?
Leave it to the mother of boxing champion Manny Pacquiao to be the talk of the town with the things she does, wears or says, practically making her the older version of the presidential sister, another gossip fodder. ‘Mommy D,’ as Dionisia is fondly called, became a local trending topic on Thursday after news broke out that she currently has a boyfriend.
It was her son Manny who revealed in a TV interview that she is dating someone.
In a separate interview with Ted Failon, however, Dionisia downplayed the story.
“Ay ayaw (I don’t like),” Dionisia told Failon on Wednesday.
“Marami dyan. Natural lang na merong manligaw (There are so many of them out there. It’s natural that I’d have admirers),” she said before covering her mouth to laugh.
