Pornhub spreads ‘love’ with free premium access on Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day is a time to express love—and perhaps that should include self-love, as per top adult site Pornhub.

Pornhub announced its annual promo of free access to its premium services on Valentine’s Day. Rest assured that you’re not alone: In 2017, Pornhub Insights reports that 3.5 million used the service with a 308 percent spike in users.

What can users get out of the premium services? You won’t be bothered by ads, get the chance to experience videos in virtual reality and can watch over 100,000 full-length videos.

The top searches on Valentine’s Day include “lesbian premium” (1,594 percent), “valentine’s day” (1,092 percent), “ebony  premium” (1,001 percent) and “doctor” (502 percent).

There has also been a spike in Valentine’s related searches, such as the obvious like “valentine” (3,481 percent) and “cupid” (652 percent). Interestingly, “cuckold” (209 percent) also experienced an increase in searches. For those not in the know, it refers to a husband who watches his wife having sex with other men.

In case there are still users who are skeptical about the offer, the promo reassures, “no credit card, no strings, just free premium.”

Despite porn sites being blocked in the country, the Philippines has consistently placed as a top user of Pornhub for the past few years. Whether Filipinos will take advantage of the promo or choose a real Valentine’s date remains to be seen in the site’s next statistics report.  /ra
