Capcom’s then consumer products division president Joe Morici later changed the name to “Mega Man” because he reportedly thought the original title is horrible.
Since then, Mega Man grew to become one of the gaming world’s icons. The Mega Man franchise spawned numerous games across different gaming platforms, which includes the Nintendo Entertainment System, Sega Mega Drive, Sony PlayStation, PlayStation Portable, Nintendo GameCube, 3DS, Wii, Wii U, and even on smartphones.
In “Mega Man 11”, the game will maintain the side scrolling perspective while immersing a 3D sprite of Mega Man in a rich and high resolution backdrop.
